DeepMemory supplies persistent context; DeepSkill registers named instructions that the model loads only when relevant. write_todos helps the model expose a multi-step plan.

Register DeepSubagent specialists for isolated tasks. Each specialist receives a fresh agent and can be constrained to delegated workspace paths. Configure durable DeepTaskStore, DeepTodoStore, and DeepRunStore implementations whenever work outlives the process.

MCP applications supply tools and resource workspaces through mcpSources(...); the agent can read resources with read_mcp_resource.
